I have worked for The REDX for six months. Originally I started as a sales associate doing inside sales answering phone calls, making outbound calls to prospective customers. As a sales associate I traveled all over the country from Florida to California and parts in between. My current job is National Accounts Manager. In this position my duties include traveling to industry trade shows throughout North America, developing new affiliate relationships and maintaining the relationships we currently have.

I really enjoy working here at The REDX, the environment is professional but we do have a lot of fun. I am really appreciative of the opportunities I have been presented with and look forward to many years of continued growth both professionally and personally.

The positive things about working at the REDX for me are:

  • Software development skills. New projects that require new skills allow me to continue to develop my knowledge in the field of software development. I've had the opportunity to learn new programming languages, new database paradigms, and third-party graphical components, which I consider very useful knowledge.
  • Real estate knowledge. Working with software designed for real estate agents has given me some intuition about the real estate business-- buying and selling, listing properties on an MLS, knowing the important aspects of a listing to look for, etc., which made the process of buying a home more enjoyable for me.
  • Good work environment. The people I've worked with at the REDX have been some of the most intelligent, dedicated and positive people I've met.
