Dear Mark,

I want to let you know how valuable your program has been over the years. The Southern California Real Estate market is a sellers market and agents should not be fooled into thinking there is a lack of listings. My company tracks over 400 new and old expireds. Over 25 % of our business comes from expireds. Your program, The Redx is the only way we have been able to manage a database of this size. As you know, one of the key elements in running a true expired program is the accuracy of the data. Your program allows us to know each and every day exactly which property has expired and when any of them have re-listed. We used to spend hours cross-referencing between the expireds and the MLS. Your program does this automatically and we no longer question the accuracy of our database.

I know you have great improvements in the works. Our goal is to use your program not only to manage our expireds, but in the future, manage our foreclosures, NOD's, FSBO's and even our various contact databases. Your anticipated improvements will allow us to combine all of our current systems into one program, REDX, which will allow us to deliver an even better result to our clients. Looking forward to your new release. For now, I want to thank you for finally providing us with a system that truly works in the management of expired listings.

Sincerely,

Robbyn Battles

P.S
So funny, just as I finished this letter to you an Old Expired called, another listing appointment for this week. That's five expired listing appointments for this week alone. And agents say there are no expired listings in Southern California!
