As the Support Representative, you will be assisting our clientele either over the phone, via email, or chat to ensure they are able to succeed with our products and services. Training will be provided to ensure the candidate has all the necessary knowledge in order to support our clientele.

We currently have multiple part-time and full-time openings.

Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to learn how to train and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic, self motivated
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ideal
  • Excellent Windows troubleshooting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft?s latest operating systems
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Previous technical support experience

Position Summary
Real Estate Data X-Change (REDX) is experiencing significant growth and has a tremendous pipeline of new projects in development. REDX is seeking an seasoned Software Engineer with Web Development experience that will be a strong addition to our development team to assist with developing new software products and systems.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience programming in a LAMP environment. PHP/MySQL is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of relational database design, CSS, AJAX -- Experience with MVC frameworks a big plus
  • Experience with object oriented programming/design
  • Experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining online hosted software services.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Beneficial Experience
  • Experience with other programming languages (Java, Python, C++, Ruby, etc)
  • Experience with UI design
  • Experience with data mining, reporting and analytics
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop (back-end and front-end design including user interface) new software products, including web applications
  • Design and Develop reporting systems for corporate analytics
