Bill Gross is an agent and manager at C21 and is a REDX client. He runs a Phone Blitz group in southern California every week where they hit the phones hard and make a ton of appointments. He is expertly versed in several prospecting techniques and is ready to share his best tips with you.

Bill actively works and coaches on expireds because he says that's where the money is and those who work with him see it in the results they get. He says the ROI on working expireds is incalculable, at any given time he has five listing from expireds in his inventory. He graduated from the University of Southern California. He loves swimming and reading biographies and history.

REDX Releases High Octane Upgrade Free to Clients

PROVO, UT - Today REDX released the High Octane upgrade for all clients who use REDX Expired lead products. High Octane is not a new product; it represents fundamental changes to how REDX appends the highest quality phone numbers to property addresses based on an academic study conducted earlier this year.

The study set out to determine the data quality of 22 different sources of expired listing lead data, including REDX, and its closest competitors. A statistics professor from Brigham Young University, Dr. Fellingham, PhD, was contracted to independently analyze the data. Based on his methodology, the study determined that the REDX's expired lead product outperforms its competitors' comparable product offerings, even without High Octane. With High Octane, clients will see a 60% improvement over the already market-leading results.

"Several companies use arbitrary statistics like 'up to 90% cell phone numbers' or 'more numbers than anyone else' to imply quantity," said Mark Leck, CEO, REDX. "What we found in our study is that a large percentage of the numbers provided are junk - agents should not measure quality based on how many phone numbers they get but on how many actually get them in touch with the homeowner."

REDX will not be charging clients for the upgrade.
