I was in the Real Estate field for over 5 years as an admin, helping a team of over 30 agents with their transactions. While working 3 jobs to stay afloat, I decided to go get my real estate license so that I could become an agent myself. That completely changed the trajectory of my career.

I now use mail merge to create the letters I send out. They merge from my expired listings each week, which gives me an easy way to stay top of mind with prospective clients. I stick to my routine of sending 10-20 mailers out each week, and usually get 1-2 listings in return from those. What I’ve found to be successful is taking the time to hand write the letters I send. I make sure to give information about who I am and my past experiences and express that I truly love helping my clients.
