I started my real estate career while working full-time as an engineer. It took me almost two years to find my niche and feel ready to jump in all the way. The beginning was tough. Schedule Your Time

Because I prospect, I get to spend a lot of time with my family. I choose my clients and I control my time. I make calls in the morning, go on appointments in the afternoon, and am almost always home by 5:00 or 6:00. I don’t work on the weekends anymore and I take off whatever time I need for my family.

When You Don't Have A Big Network

I’d be out of the business if it wasn’t for REDX. I’m not a great networker and I don’t have a huge database of family and friends, so prospecting is vital to my business. In fact, prospecting is my business. If I woke up tomorrow with nothing in my pipeline, I know right where I’d go. I’d dive into REDX for eight hours a day until I set enough listing appointments to build up my pipeline.
