Why I Work For My Leads

When I started, just like every other new agent, I needed leads. The two ways to get leads are by either paying for them or working for them. To work for leads, you’re going to do things like open houses, calling expired leads, finding For Sale By Owners, etc. If you want to pay thousands of dollars, you can go to Zillow or Ylopo or any other expensive lead generation company. As a brand new agent, I needed something affordable and effective, so I chose to work for my leads with REDX.

I sold real estate in Minnesota when I was in my twenties. I sold for about five or six years and I became a top 2% agent because I was a hard worker. I wasn’t a smart worker.
